Job Summary
As a Manager in the End Client Reporting Team within Investment Middle Office Services (IMOS), you will oversee daily operational activities and ensure the timely and accurate delivery of client reports. You will lead a team of individual contributors, set priorities, and drive process improvements in a dynamic, global environment. As a part of IMOS, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class service and support business growth.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage the End Client Reporting Team, setting priorities and monitoring performance.
  2. Oversee daily operational activities, ensuring timely and accurate report delivery.
  3. Track, escalate, and communicate issues and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  4. Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to meet risk and control standards.
  5. Participate in global IMOS strategy and efficiency projects.
  6. Build strong relationships with internal partners, client service, and product teams.
  7. Collaborate cross-functionally with technology, service, and operations teams.
  8. Ensure team is always audit-ready and maintain process hygiene for audits.
  9. Support onboarding of new tasks and funds, including UAT testing.
  10. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
  11. Provide subject matter expertise and support management in decision-making.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  1. Demonstrate experience managing teams in investment operations, risk, and control.
  2. Exhibit strong client-facing and communication skills.
  3. Apply deep understanding of financial reporting, OTC instruments, and derivatives.
  4. Deliver results under tight deadlines with accountability for independent workload.
  5. Utilize experience in investment operations, trades, cash, and reconciliations.
  6. Manage workflows and vendors for end client reporting.
  7. Solve operational and technical issues with strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  1. Display experience in Middle Office or similar investment operations roles.
  2. Communicate effectively with senior business executives and stakeholders.
  3. Adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
  4. Organize and prioritize work to meet client expectations.

  6. Collaborate with global teams in a follow the sun model.
  7. Support onboarding and integration of new business processes.
