Job Summary
As a Fund Servicing Specialist within the Fund Servicing team, you will process and validate transfer agency tasks, resolve inquiries, and serve as the escalation point for complex issues. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transaction processing and timely exception resolution. As a part of this team, you will drive operational efficiency and deliver high-quality service to clients and stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Process and validate tasks, investigating and resolving breaks per established procedures.
  2. Collaborate with internal transfer agency teams to process transactions and resolve exceptions.
  3. Respond to and resolve client inquiries promptly and professionally.
  4. Apply strong risk management skills to manage and escalate material issues.
  5. Ensure all daily queries are handled within required timelines.
  6. Escalate unresolved issues to management as necessary.
  7. Attend and drive internal partner meetings to ensure expectations are met.
  8. Ensure follow-up items from meetings are resolved in a timely manner.
  9. Participate actively in team projects and initiatives.
  10. Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and resolutions.
  11. Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  1. Demonstrate subject matter expertise in transfer agency, reconciliation, trades, settlements, or KYC/AML.
  2. Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive change and enhance controls.
  3. Exhibit self-motivation and the ability to learn quickly.
  4. Communicate clearly in both oral and written forms, including presentations.
  5. Build and manage strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Lead by influence to promote positive change within the team.
  7. Proactively identify and escalate issues for timely resolution.
