Job responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end counterparty reconciliation across derivatives, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
- Collaborate with Fund Accounting, Middle Office, and external counterparties to drive timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Apply deep understanding of the NAV lifecycle and fund services operations to validate breaks and challenge inconsistencies.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement sustainable remediation to prevent recurring breaks.
- Ensure adherence to risk, governance, and audit requirements, strengthening the overall control framework.
- Prepare and deliver MIS, KPIs, and performance metrics (e.g., break aging, volume trends, SLA adherence, root cause themes).
- Leverage Alteryx and Tableau to automate data aggregation, build dashboards, and enhance reporting efficiency.
Present insights and key trends to senior stakeholders, highlighting risks, themes, and actionable recommendations.
