Demonstrate baseline knowledge or equivalent expertise in fund servicing operations, with a focus on executing routine transactions and process improvements
Apply active listening and questioning techniques effectively to understand and address client needs
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by applying innovation and design thinking techniques to enhance operational efficiency
Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders
Work independently with strong follow-through and attention to detail
Manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Bring relevant experience in Trade Life Cycle, OTC & Non-OTC instruments, Reconciliations, and Fund Accounting
Demonstrate proficiency in Tableau and Alteryx for data analysis and visualization
Show familiarity with fund administration processes and industry best practices
