Job Description
As a Fund Servicing Analyst within JPMorganChase, you will play a crucial role in our fund servicing operations. Job responsibilities
- Strong understanding of Fund Accounting, NAV calculation, and Mutual Fund operations.
- Experience in cash and asset reconciliation within a fund accounting or custody environment.
- Knowledge of financial markets, securities, and investment products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve complex issues.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality-focused review capabilities.
- Proven ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a high-volume operational environment.
- Strong risk and controls mindset with an understanding of audit and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while driving operational excellence and change initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Fund Accounting, Custody Operations, Asset Servicing, or related Financial Services functions
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, strengthen controls, and streamline operational workflows.
- Drive process optimization initiatives and support automation opportunities where applicable. Encourage innovation and continuous improvement across the team.
- Corporate Actions and Asset Servicing.
- Regulatory reporting requirements related to investment funds.
- Custody Operations and Securities Services processes
- Postgraduate qualification (MBA, M.Com, CA, CFA, or equivalent) is advantageous.
