As a Fund Servicing Analyst within JPMorganChase, you will play a crucial role in our fund servicing operations. Your primary focus will be on executing routine transactions and collaborating with various teams. You will also apply your knowledge of fund servicing to ensure smooth operations, while also identifying opportunities for process improvements. Your emotional intelligence will help you build strong relationships and influence better outcomes. This role is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to our team's success.

Job responsibilities
  • Strong understanding of Fund Accounting, NAV calculation, and Mutual Fund operations.
  • Experience in cash and asset reconciliation within a fund accounting or custody environment.
  • Knowledge of financial markets, securities, and investment products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality-focused review capabilities.
  • Proven ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a high-volume operational environment.
  • Strong risk and controls mindset with an understanding of audit and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while driving operational excellence and change initiatives.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Fund Accounting, Custody Operations, Asset Servicing, or related Financial Services functions
  • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, strengthen controls, and streamline operational workflows.
  • Drive process optimization initiatives and support automation opportunities where applicable. Encourage innovation and continuous improvement across the team.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Corporate Actions and Asset Servicing.
  • Regulatory reporting requirements related to investment funds.
  • Custody Operations and Securities Services processes
  • Postgraduate qualification (MBA, M.Com, CA, CFA, or equivalent) is advantageous.
