As a Fund Servicing Analyst within JPMorganChase, you will play a crucial role in our fund servicing operations. Your primary focus will be on executing routine transactions and collaborating with various teams. Job responsibilities
- Execute accurately end-to-end fund servicing activities (transaction processing, daily deliverables, and SLA adherence) in line with defined SOPs
- Review diligently all outputs through self-checks and maker-checker validation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality before stakeholder delivery
- Collaborate effectively with operations and partner teams to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency
- Manage efficiently stakeholder and client communication, including timely resolution of email queries and reporting updates
- Analyze proactively client accounting records, raising queries and identifying discrepancies for resolution
- Escalate promptly any anomalies or potential risks that could result in client impact or audit findings
- Support effectively team members by resolving queries and acting as a technical reference point for accounting and audit-related matters
- Drive continuously process improvements by identifying efficiencies and contributing to innovation initiatives
- Ensure consistently adherence to risk and control frameworks, including compliance with SOPs, checklists, and internal policies
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Collaborate effectively within teams and build strong internal relationships across locations and partner sites
- Demonstrate consistently strong attention to detail in document review and analytical evaluation of Fund Accounting data
- Apply comprehensively knowledge of Mutual Funds and NAV concepts in daily activities
- Deliver reliably under pressure while meeting tight deadlines during peak delivery cycles
- Implement proactively changes and efficiency initiatives while managing day-to-day responsibilities
- Adhere strictly to risk, control, and procedural frameworks
