Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Fundraising role based in Bengaluru South. The Fundraising Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with high-value donors, institutional partners, and corporate sponsors. Duties include creating and implementing fundraising strategies, preparing proposals, organizing fundraising events, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. The individual will also monitor fundraising targets, provide timely reports, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for funding.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fundraising, donor relations, and partnership management
• Business development and client relationship management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proposal writing and presentation abilities
• Strong strategic thinking, planning, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of financial services and emerging market segments is a plus
• Ability to work independently with a results-driven approach
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
• Experience in a fintech, wealth management, or financial services environment is advantageous
