Fund Operations

Work Model: 5 Days WFO

Shift: 4:30 PM - 1:30 AM IST

Key Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of NAV calculation, expense processing, and fund accounting.

• Experience in Mutual Funds, Hedge Funds, Fund Services, and Financial Markets.

• Hands-on experience in reconciliation and exception management.

• Good understanding of expense calculations and financial reporting processes.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work in SLA-driven environments and manage multiple priorities.

• Experience handling operational queries, escalations, and stakeholder communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform NAV-related activities and expense calculations accurately within SLA timelines.

• Manage exceptions and drive timely resolution of discrepancies.

• Handle reconciliations and ensure service delivery standards are met.

• Monitor group mailboxes and respond to queries within agreed SLAs.

• Escalate issues, delays, and risks in line with corporate policies and procedures.

• Support daily work allocation and monitor team deliverables.

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide guidance to team members.

• Prepare MIS reports, metrics, and ensure accurate end-of-day processing.

• Maintain operational controls, checklists, and process documentation.
