Position Summary
This role will manage the AMC's operational interface with the Registrar and Transfer Agent, with particular focus on transaction processing controls, investor servicing support, and reconciliation of unit capital and investor data.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as primary operating interface with the RTA for subscriptions, redemptions, switches, SIP/STP/SWP transactions, investor servicing requests and statement/account-level operational matters.
- Monitor timely processing of applications, investor transaction data flows and unit allotment/redemption records.
- Perform unit capital reconciliation between internal records, RTA data and scheme accounting outputs.
- Track exceptions relating to rejected transactions, cut-off errors, reconciliation breaks, unmatched folios, stale requests and incomplete investor instructions.
- Support investor complaint resolution in coordination with RTA, Compliance and Investor Relations.
- Maintain reports and control documentation relating to transaction processing, turnaround times and reconciliation closure.
- Assist with new scheme launches and operating readiness from the RTA and transaction-processing standpoint.
Preferred Profile
- Graduate / MBA / equivalent.
- 2–5 years in RTA operations, mutual fund investor servicing, unit capital reconciliation, or scheme transaction processing.
- Strong process discipline and investor-data sensitivity.
