About the Role
We are looking for a highly strategic and execution-driven Fund Manager who can lead fundraising, investor relations, valuation planning, and strategic finance initiatives for Ramalaya's aggressive retail expansion and business growth plans.
The ideal candidate should possess strong investor communication skills, financial intelligence, fundraising capability, and the ability to convert business growth stories into investment opportunities. The role requires direct coordination with promoters, senior management, investors, and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute complete fundraising and investor outreach strategies.
- Prepare investor decks, valuation notes, financial models, investment teasers, and fundraising presentations.
- Identify and connect with HNIs, angel investors, VCs, private equity firms, family offices, and strategic investors.
- Arrange qualified investor meetings and support fundraising discussions.
- Build 3-year and 5-year financial projection models.
- Prepare store-wise profitability analysis, ROI reports, breakeven analysis, and expansion feasibility reports.
- Support valuation exercises including DCF, EBITDA, IRR, ROI, and comparable valuation methods.
- Coordinate due diligence documentation, investor data room management, and financial compliance support.
- Prepare MIS dashboards, growth analysis reports, and investor pipeline reports.
- Work closely with finance, legal, accounts, operations, sales, and marketing teams.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of company financials and investor discussions.
- Submit weekly fundraising progress reports to management.
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA Finance / CA / CFA / Investment Banking background preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in fundraising, investment banking, investor relations, corporate finance, or strategic finance.
- Strong understanding of fundraising ecosystem and investment structures.
- Proven experience in raising funds or supporting successful fund closures.
- Strong investor network with HNIs, family offices, angel investors, VCs, or strategic investors.
- Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, valuation, and investment analysis.
- Experience in retail, FMCG, D2C, luxury brands, airport retail, or consumer businesses preferred.
- Excellent command over Excel, PowerPoint, valuation models, and investor presentation preparation.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- High professionalism, integrity, accountability, and execution discipline.

- Ability to prepare investor-grade financial models and valuation reports.
- Ability to support measurable fundraising progress within 60–90 days.
- Ability to convert business strategy into investment opportunities.
