Fund Finance: Senior/Lead Analyst

Department: Corporate & Investment Banking and Investment Research

Location: Gurgaon

Work Mode: Work from office (5 days)

Role & responsibilities

• Borrower different type of Facilities including Capital Call/ Subscription, Hybrid, NAV, DCL, BDC.

• Borrowing base calculation based on capital commitment, uncalled capital commitment, advance rate, excess concentration

• Different type of investors in a fund, like Included Rated/ Nonrated Designated, Sovereign, HNW

• Investor/ parent (sponsor) rating identification based on different methodology

• LTV; NAV; fund size; liquidity; funding ratio; AUM; covenants

• Credit agreement, Limited partnership agreement exposure

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's/ Master's degree with a major in finance, economics, accounting or from a reputed institute with 3-10 years experience in similar profile
• Strong Accounting and financial skills
• Understanding and experience of Fund finance and borrowing base calculations is must.
