Fund Finance Manager, Venture Capital (Singapore) (CLOSED)

A growing investment platform is seeking a Fund Finance Manager to support fund accounting, portfolio monitoring, and financial reporting across venture capital funds. This role offers exposure across fund operations, portfolio company financial analysis, and investor reporting within a fast-moving investment environment.

Key Responsibilities

Fund Accounting & Financial Oversight

• Support fund accounting activities including capital accounts, performance calculations, and management fee reviews
• Review fund-level financial data and support preparation of financial statements
• Coordinate closely with external fund administrators, auditors, and service providers

Cashflow, Treasury & Operations

• Monitor investment cashflows, expenses, and treasury-related activities
• Support fund operational processes and financial controls

Portfolio & Investor Reporting

• Support portfolio company financial monitoring and valuation data reviews
• Prepare and review investor reporting packs and performance updates

Audit, Tax & Compliance Support

• Coordinate audit and tax reporting processes with external advisors

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of fund accounting or fund finance experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or relevant professional accounting qualification
• Strong technical accounting and financial analysis capability
• Exposure to digital assets or crypto ecosystem is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work in fast-paced environments
