Job Description

Lead the preparation and review of fund financial statements and periodic reporting deliverables
Oversee capital call, distribution and liquidity management processes across multiple investment vehicles
Coordinate annual audits and manage relationships with external fund administrators, auditors and service providers
Support investment transactions, fund launches, restructurings and other strategic initiatives
Ensure compliance with Cayman Islands fund requirements and Singapore regulatory obligations
Prepare investor reporting, fund performance analysis and ad hoc management reporting
Partner with investment, investor relations and regional finance teams to drive operational excellence and governance standards

The Successful Applicant

Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline with a recognised accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent)
7+ years of experience within private equity, alternatives fund accounting, fund operations or fund finance
Strong understanding of closed-end fund structures, including capital calls, distributions, capital allocations and waterfall calculations
Experience preparing or reviewing fund financial statements under IFRS and/or US GAAP
Working knowledge of Cayman fund structures and Singapore fund management regulatory requirements
Demonstrated ability to manage audits, regulatory filings and investor reporting processes
Track record of leading projects, driving operational improvements and managing stakeholder relationships
Prior experience within a private equity manager, alternative asset manager or fund administration environment would be advantageous
