Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Execute varied financial transactions and processes using standard operating procedures with a high level of accuracy.
  • Handle large, complex, and sensitive accounts or portfolios, including specialized products or functional areas.
  • Process and reconcile moderately complex transactions in line with established policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to complete transactions and route communications or documentation.
  • Identify, resolve, or appropriately escalate transaction exceptions and discrepancies.
  • Ensure all required materials and documentation are available and complete to support transaction processing.
  • Respond to inquiries and ad hoc requests, performing research and providing timely feedback.
  • Review transactions and related documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with service level agreements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date transaction records to support audits and reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and ensure smooth workflow execution.
  • Monitor account activity and proactively identify risks or discrepancies, initiating corrective actions as required.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing reports related to transaction trends and workflow efficiency.
  • Support compliance by adhering to regulatory requirements, company policies, and quality standards.
  • Report irregularities, risks, or control issues promptly to management.
