Location: Bangalore

Experience: 4+ to 6 years

We are considering candidates across the following experience levels:

• Senior: 4+ years

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Private Equity and Real Estate fund accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Review NAV calculations, fund valuations, financial statements and investor reporting.
• Ensure accurate accounting of fund transactions, income, expenses and investor allocations.
• Review audit schedules and financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP.
• Manage client relationships, resolve escalations and maintain service quality.
• Lead, mentor and develop team members while ensuring productivity and accuracy.
• Drive process improvements, automation and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

• 4 to 8+ years of relevant experience in Fund Accounting – Private Equity and/or Real Estate.
• Strong understanding of PE and Real Estate fund structures, NAV calculations and investor reporting.
• Experience in team management, client servicing and review of deliverables.
• Good understanding of US GAAP and fund accounting systems.
• Strong analytical, financial reporting and MS Excel skills.
