Fund Accounting & Operations Specialist (AVP), Global Asset Management

We are seeking an experienced operations professional to provide daily oversight of critical portfolio files, pricing processes, controls, and operational activities within a fast-paced investment environment.

• Provide daily oversight of critical portfolio files, ensuring accurate generation, validation, timely distribution, and publishing.
• Monitor and resolve pricing and portfolio exceptions, including holdings, identifiers, quantities, rounding tolerances, cash variances, FX, stale pricing, and corporate actions.
• Coordinate end-to-end operational activities across Trading, Portfolio Management, Operations, Technology, Data, and external service providers.
• Support primary market activities, including operational readiness, cut-offs, exception management, and escalation processes.
• Partner with Fund Administrators and servicing providers to ensure accurate deliverables, timely issue resolution, and clear accountability.
• Execute and enhance operational controls, including reconciliations, tolerance checks, validation processes, sign-offs, and audit evidence.
• Lead incident management from initial logging and triage through escalation, stakeholder communication, root-cause analysis, and preventative actions.
• Monitor service provider performance through KPIs, SLAs, incident trends, service reviews, and remediation tracking.

Bachelor with 8 to 15 years of work experience from asset management, asset servicing, custodians, investment operations background.
