Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fund Accounting Manager located in Gurugram. Fund Accountant for a fast-scaling multi-asset family investment office managing $2B+ across VC, PE, Real Estate, Growth Equity, and Fund-of-Funds. The role owns end-to-end fund accounting - from cap tables and waterfalls to NAV calculations and LP reporting. You'll work directly with senior leadership and gain US-client exposure across five asset classes in a single seat.

• Knowledge of end to end Fund Accounting
• PE / VC / Credit fund exposure preferred
• Hands-on Cap table, NAV Calculation & Waterfall experience, not just observation
• High-growth mandate - firm scaling aggressively
• US-based client exposure - calls, reporting, relationships

Qualifications

• 8 -12 years in fund accounting
• Experince of leading and managing the team
• PE / VC / Credit fund exposure preferred
• Proficient in Allvue / Investran / Geneva or comparable fund software
• Advanced Excel modelling and strong grasp of US GAAP
