Spectral Consultants is hiring for one of the leading global accounting and advisory firms for its Bengaluru location!

Position: Manager – Fund Accounting

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 8–12 Years

Qualification: CA / CFA / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

▪ Oversee and review day-to-day fund accounting operations for Private Equity funds, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

▪ Review NAV calculations, fund valuations, financial statements, and investor reporting.

▪ Ensure accurate accounting of fund transactions, expenses, income, and investor allocations.

▪ Review audit schedules and financial reporting deliverables in accordance with US GAAP.

▪ Identify operational risks, resolve accounting discrepancies, and ensure strong process controls.

▪ Act as a key point of contact for clients, manage escalations, and maintain high service standards.

▪ Lead, mentor, and develop team members while ensuring quality and productivity.

▪ Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiency.

▪ Support technology-related projects and contribute to SOC 2 compliance and control requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

8–12 years of experience in Private Equity Fund Accounting.

Strong understanding of PE fund structures, NAV, investor reporting, and financial statements.

Experience in team management, client servicing, and reviewing deliverables.

Knowledge of US GAAP and fund accounting systems.

Strong Excel and analytical skills.

CA / CFA / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification preferred
