Role- Manager- Fund Accounting and Investor Reporting

Location- Bangalore

Experience required- 7-10 years

Qualification- Chartered Accountant (Qualified)

Overview-

Lead fund accounting operations for private debt funds, ensuring accurate NAVs, investor reporting, capital activity processing, financial statement preparation, and audit support while managing a team of accountants.

Key Responsibilities-

Fund Accounting

• Review P and L, and approve NAV and fee calculations
• Review loan accruals, interest income, fee income and realized/unrealized
• gains.
• Oversee fund-level accounting and period-end close.
• Review complex journal entries and reconciliations.

Investor Reporting

• Review capital calls and distribution calculations.
• Prepare LP statements and carried interest calculations
• Review waterfall calculations.
• Calculate IRR, MOIC and other important investor reporting ratios.
