Position Name - Fund Accountant
Location - Gift City / Mumbai
Experience Range - 4 + years of post CA experience
Mandatory Requirement:
- Manage Fund and Fund Manager administration
- Review of quarterly and annual financials
- Closure of quarterly and annual Investor reporting
- Day-to-day compliance matters
- Portfolio Valuation per US GAAP and supporting

It has advisory offices located in Bangalore, Delhi, and Mumbai, India.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Transaction support - End to end Transaction support liaising with legal team, compliance team and tax advisors
- Ground level execution (cash flow management, review of legal documents, cap table, valuation reports etc.) to ensure that the transaction process gets closed smoothly with limited guidance.
- Portfolio monitoring - Coordinating with investee companies to collate the quarterly MISs
- Review portfolio MISs and prepare the quarterly report for the leadership team highlighting material variances and other significant findings

- Capital calls & Distribution to Investors
- Regulatory reporting India & Mauritius
- Investor queries and confirmations
- Any other administrative matters as may be called upon.
Qualification and Experience:
- First/second attempt Chartered Accountant with articleship from one of the Big 6s or industrial training from MNCs
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (excel test will be conducted if the candidate gets shortlisted)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Tally
- Working knowledge on financial and statutory matters like Accounting standards, TDS rates, GST, etc.
- Ability to work under pressure and within short time constraints and deliver strong results
