Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Functional Tester & Implementation Consultant with 6 months to 1 year of experience in testing applications. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a good grasp of MS Word for documentation, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients to address and resolve errors. Candidates should be open to traveling and working at client locations as required.
Responsibilities
- Perform functional testing of software applications to ensure they meet specified requirements.
- Identify, document, and track bugs or issues in the system.
- Collaborate with developers to verify fixes and enhancements.
- Interact with clients to understand, report, and resolve errors or system issues.
- Provide clear explanations and updates on progress to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Create and maintain detailed test cases, test scripts, and error reports using MS Word and other tools.
- Document test results and ensure comprehensive coverage of all scenarios.
Required Skills & Qualification
- 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in functional testing.
- Basic understanding of testing methodologies and tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Willingness to travel and work at client locations as needed.
