Job Summar
yWe are seeking an experienced CRM Functional Tester with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and airline booking systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating CRM functionalities, customer service workflows, booking processes, and integrations across airline reservation and customer management platforms. The role requires close collaboration with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery of CRM solutions within the airline domain
.Key Responsibilitie
- sAnalyze business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories related to CRM and airline booking applications
- .Design, develop, and execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end test scenarios
- .Validate Microsoft Dynamics CRM modules including Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Case Management, and Customer Engagement
- .Test airline booking workflows such as flight search, reservation creation, ticketing, cancellations, modifications, refunds, and ancillary services
- .Verify CRM integrations with reservation systems, payment gateways, loyalty programs, and third-party applications
- .Create and maintain test cases, test plans, test data, and defect reports
- .Identify, document, track, and retest defects using defect management tools
- .Collaborate with business users, developers, and project managers during SIT and UAT phases
- .Ensure compliance with quality standards and testing best practices
- .Support production validation and post-deployment testing activities
