Functional QA Lead

• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand the functional requirements for web applications and develop test cases accordingly.
• Perform functional testing of web applications to ensure that all requirements are met.
• Document defects and work with developers to troubleshoot and resolve them.
• Ensure that all test cases are executed, and results are recorded accurately.
• Work with project managers to prioritize defects and ensure that they are resolved in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with project teams to ensure that all testing activities are completed on schedule.

Qualifications and Technical Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in functional testing of web applications built on Angular or React preferred
• Strong knowledge of web application testing methodologies and best practices
• Able to use Chrome DevTools for deeper debugging of issues
• Basic SQL knowledge is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working with Azure DevOps or JIRA Xray for test management
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
