To be successful as a Vice President-Project Manager, Planning & Execution APAC, you should have experience with:
- Prior experience delivering complex business and technology change projects in a Corporate Bank environment.
- Strong work experience in PM practice skills and domain knowledge on cash, transaction and payments banking.
- Candidate should have mandate experience in Transaction Banking / Corporate Banking with hands-on experience in any two or three of following domains: Cash management/Payments/Collections/Virtual accounts/Liquidity management/Digital Banking(Web, mobile, H2H, Swift).
- Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to distil information into key messages and present succinctly and confidently to a senior audience.
- Virtual environment experience working for Global stake holders.
- Self-starter with ability to identify and engage stakeholders, prioritize activities to deliver to tight deadlines .
- Multi-task across a diverse book of work in a high-pressure environment.
- Experience in end-to-end project design and execution preferably in Agile.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
- Corporate banking product knowledge (cash & trade) and an understanding of the front-to-back processes involved.
- Experience utilizing varied project methodologies (e.g. Waterfall and Agile).
- Essential to have good spoken and written communication skills
- Proven facilitation skills , Business Analysis skills, Process mapping skills
- Cross-functional collaboration in delivering projects working with stakeholders across geographies
- Awareness of project management in JIRA, knowledge of Confluence
