Description
We are hiring a Functional Project Manager with strong experience in Digital Transformation projects for Global Banks. The role focuses on end-to-end project management and not operations or pure IT delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage large-scale digital transformation projects end to end
- Handle 8 to 10 cross-functional workstreams (business & technology)
- Drive Agile ways of working
- Manage planning, tracking, risks, issues, cost, benefits, change impact, and reporting
- Engage and manage senior stakeholders across geographies
- Deliver executive-level status reporting and governance
Key Requirements
- 7+ years of Project Management experience
- Mandatory experience in Global Banking
- 34 years of end-to-end project lifecycle delivery
- Experience in transformation projects (not operations / pure IT delivery)
- Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
- PMP / PRINCE2 preferred
