Hiring: Functional Product Analyst (Temenos T24) | 5–8 Years | Bangalore
We are actively looking for a Functional Product Analyst / Business Analyst with strong experience in Temenos T24 core banking system to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Translate requirements into functional specifications (FSD/HLSD)
- Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams
- Perform system impact analysis and support solution design
- Review test cases and support SIT/UAT phases
- Conduct issue analysis and provide root cause insights (RCA)
- Provide BAU support and functional clarifications
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Temenos T24
- Strong understanding of banking processes and financial services
- Hands-on experience in modules like:
- Core Banking / Accounting / Trade Finance
- Treasury (Forex, Securities, Money Market)
- AA – Loans, Deposits, Retail
- Experience in requirement analysis, functional design, and SDLC
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Good to Have:
- Experience with T24 integrations & third-party systems
- Knowledge of Temenos Analytics / Autoforms
- Exposure to test automation
