Job Title: Functional Nutritionist
Location: iThrive Healing and Beyond, Baner, Pune (Office-based)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities
Client Consultations: Conduct detailed assessments and one-on-one sessions with clients to understand their health concerns, medical history, and lifestyle factors.
Root Cause Analysis: Perform a thorough analysis of clients health issues and identify underlying root causes.
Personalized Nutrition Plans: Create customized nutrition and lifestyle plans tailored to each client's needs, goals, and preferences.
Monitoring Progress: Regularly track clients progress, adjusting nutrition plans to ensure continuous improvement and success.
Education & Awareness: Educate clients on the importance of functional nutrition, lifestyle changes, and overall health and wellness.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress, and nutrition plans for reference and follow-up.
Strong Communication Skills: Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex nutritional concepts in a simple and approachable manner.
Client-Centered Approach: Ability to build strong rapport with clients and provide compassionate support.
Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
Constant Knowledge Upgradation: Actively engage in continuous professional development, staying updated with the latest research, trends, and practices in functional nutrition and holistic health to ensure the highest level of care for clients.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Nutrition/Dietetics: A Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
- Certification: Functional Nutrition Certification or equivalent is preferred.
Experience: Fresher or at least 1 year of experience as a nutritionist or health coach.
