Job Title: Functional Manager and Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities:
- As a NetSuite Functional Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, gather requirements, and configure NetSuite to meet their needs.
- Will be responsible for participating in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documenting process flows and specifications.
- Lead/Support all solution activities including testing, verification, and cutover activities.
- Documentation of requirement, Process and User documentation Design business process and application configuration for application based on industry best practices.
- Work with technical teams to design and test automation and integrations
- Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for NetSuite implementation and optimization.
- Conduct sessions with the customer, attend project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverables.
- Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform administrator activities such as role setup, user setup, monitoring, deployment of enhancements and partner bundles, etc.
- Responsible for owning and delivering complex solutions using the Oracle NetSuite platform
Skill Required:
- Should have worked on atleast 3-4end-to-end implementation experiences.
- Experience in Financials, Accounting, Manufacturing, Software, Wholesale Distribution, Services, or Retail.
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with NetSuite modules including Record to Report (R2R), Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), Inventory Management, Fixed Assets (FA/FAM), covering Chart Of Accounts (COA), General Ledger, Multi-Book Accounting, Inter-company Accounting, Advanced Financials, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and Reporting.
- Familiarity with additional modules like Project Management (Pgm), Manufacturing, E-commerce, and Advanced Revenue Management is a plus.
- Experience in managing client relationships during pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
- Ability to train clients and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Commitment to continuous learning, including pursuing relevant certifications and deepening product knowledge.
- Proven ability to deliver training and facilitate workshops effectively.
Educational Qualifications:
1. Minimum CA - Qualified, Certified, CPA, ACCA , Equivalent
2. At least 6+ years of hands-on experience in NetSuite configuration, consulting, and administration.
3. Preferred NetSuite certifications: ERP Consultant, Administrator.
4. Excellent interpersonal communication, conflict resolution and change management skills.
5. Good team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
