Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document O2C requirements (Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, Invoicing etc.).
- Configure and implement Oracle ERP (Cloud or EBS) modules related to O2C, ensuring alignment with business processes.
- Provide functional expertise in Quoting, Order Management, Pricing, Order Promising and Shipping. Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to optimize O2C processes, Lead or support testing cycles (Unit, SIT, UAT) and ensure successful defect resolution.
- Collaborate with technical teams (developers, integration specialists) to design and validate RICEW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows)
- Prepare functional design documents (MD50s), test scripts, and training material.
- Support data migration, reconciliation, and validation activities.
- Provide postimplementation support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for Oracle O2C modules.
- Act as SME for O2C processes, advising business teams on best practices and Oracle functionality
Must have skills:
