Functional Lead

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Functional Lead to drive the functional design and implementation of Visualfabriq SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate will act as the primary functional expert, collaborating with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical teams to deliver successful TPM/RGM implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business process workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution design discussions.
• Define and document business requirements and functional specifications.
• Drive functional activities across the complete deployment lifecycle.
• Translate business requirements into system configurations and solution designs.
• Collaborate with Integration Analysts and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Lead SIT, BIT, and UAT testing activities.
• Manage stakeholder communication, scope, risks, and dependencies.
• Support go-live, hypercare, and continuous improvement initiatives.
