Job Purpose

Develop and drive implementation of HR processes and systems to ensure and enhance units capability to deliver on Karwar & Singach units, Regional Sales Offices ( Mumbai & Bangalore) and business plan, strategy and vision.

Key Result Areas


KRASupporting Actions
1Recruitment and Selection

To plan, review of manpower requirement for Business needs/Growth
1.Discussion with the Department Heads and formulate the manpower requirements

2.Review the inter-departmental manpower and Plan for any departmental transfer to fill the positions.

3.Organise for filling the positions
2Industrial Relation

To plan review of the requirements of different stakeholders for industrial peace
1.Have planned discussions with the union and external agencies

2.Get the feedback from the stake holders to develop industrial peace and improve the environment
3Welfare

To plan and review periodically the various welfare policies/measures and assessing the existing infrastructural facilities of the colony plant for having enhanced quality of life
1.Review the welfare activities

2.Organise and Proved budgetary approvals.

3.Have communication with the colony residents to get the feeling of colony life

4.Provide proper support for improving the facilities in the colony
4IMS & EHS

To ensure the implementation of IMS Standards, facilitate the internal Audits.Standardization of Process resulting Service Excellency
1.Review the IMS standards of the department

2.Develop the procedures keeping in mind the vision of ABG

3.Support for the implementation of systems & procedure
5Training & Development

Plan review the training and development policy, allocate budget for improving competency and Productivity
1.Review the trainings

2.Develop the competency matrix

3.Review the budget and provide the approved budget

4.Facilitate for organizing the required trainings
6Legal PR and Statutory Compliance

Plan and review and all the applicable labour laws and maintain cordial relations with Govt and public opinion makers for achieving business growth
1.Review all the statutory compliances vis--vis labour laws

2.Facilitate for timely implementation of all labour laws

3.Facilitate for audits
7Employee Wellness

Plan review the ABG Wellness schemes, identify systems to improve the work life balance for Improved Quality of life
1.Review the existing wellness schemes

2. Align with the ABG wellness Schemes

3.Get necessary budgetary approvals

4.Facilitate for the implementation as per the ABG guidelines
8Preparation of Annual Budget

Integrate all inputs as per management guidelines and submit for approval and thereafter followup for execution.

Planning and Budgeting (Capex, Guest house, Maintenance, Security)

To achieve the HR objectives
1.Get the inputs for annual budget

2.Consolidate all the inputs collected from departmental stake holders

3.Review the inputs and ensure the coverage of all activities

4.Facilitate for implementations
