What You'll Do

• Work on finance process improvement and transformation initiatives.
• Analyze and strengthen accounting, reporting, and financial control processes.
• Support ERP implementation and business system projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and recommend solutions.
• Participate in financial reporting, MIS, compliance, and audit-related activities.
• Assist organizations in adopting best practices and efficient workflows.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter, or equivalent finance qualification.
• 5+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Audit, MIS, Financial Reporting, or related areas.
• Strong understanding of:
• General Ledger
• Accounts Payable & Receivable
• Fixed Assets
• Financial Statements
• Costing & Inventory Valuation
• Audit & Compliance
• Experience with ERP systems will be an advantage.
• Good communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
