Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Functional Expert with strong product knowledge and proven experience in handling projects end-to-end. The ideal candidate should possess excellent client interaction skills, expertise in BRD creation, testing coordination, and the ability to ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), process flows, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams for requirement gathering and project execution.
• Drive project discussions, requirement clarification sessions, and status updates with clients.
• Ensure project deliverables are aligned with timelines and business expectations.
• Coordinate and support testing activities including SIT/UAT.
• Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and escalations.
• Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Maintain proper project and functional documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

• Strong product and domain knowledge.
• Excellent client interaction and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in BRD/FRD creation and functional documentation.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and project lifecycle management.
• Experience in testing coordination and requirement validation.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Banking/Financial domain is preferred.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, DevOps, or similar project tracking tools.
