Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand goals, challenges, and data needs.
- Translate business questions into actionable insights using data modeling and visualization techniques.
- Clean, merge, and manage structured and unstructured data to create scalable analytical models.
- Build intuitive and interactive scenario models and dashboards in Power BI to support data-driven decisions.
- Develop end-to-end analytics solutions — from data ingestion to visualization and storytelling.
- Prepare and present insights through compelling reports and presentations tailored to diverse stakeholder groups.
- Partner with cross-functional and cross-regional teams in a virtual environment to ensure data accuracy and alignment.
- Integrate data from SAP systems and other enterprise sources into Power BI and Excel for enhanced analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in analytics or business intelligence roles, preferably in a multinational or global environment.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Power BI, including advanced dashboards and DAX-based measures.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, Complex Formulas).
- Strong command of DAX, SQL, and working knowledge of Python for data transformation and automation.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with experience in modeling, forecasting, and trend analysis.
- Proven ability to communicate and present insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with diverse teams across regions and cultures.
- Experience integrating SAP data into Excel and Power BI.
