- Train independently on the company s product, gaining functional and configuration knowledge.
- Configure the product according to business requirements without constant supervision.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for system configuration.
- Act as a bridge between the business team and technical team, ensuring smooth implementation.
- Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions for end-users.
- Prepare functional documentation, use cases, and process flows.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and resolve functional issues during implementation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
