Functional Consultants / Business Analyst

Job description:

• Understand business requirements, processes, and pain points of clients.
• Train independently on the company s product, gaining functional and configuration knowledge.
• Configure the product according to business requirements without constant supervision.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for system configuration.
• Act as a bridge between the business team and technical team, ensuring smooth implementation.
• Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions for end-users.
• Prepare functional documentation, use cases, and process flows.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and resolve functional issues during implementation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
