Functional Consultant with Microsoft D365 F&O, POS experience

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Functional Consultant with Microsoft D365 F&O and POS experience, based in Kochi. The Functional Consultant will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and translating them into functional specifications for Microsoft D365 F&O and POS solutions. The role involves configuring and testing D365 F&O and POS modules, supporting implementation and upgrades, and ensuring solutions align with operational and financial objectives. The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide end-user training, document processes, and offer ongoing support to resolve functional issues. The position also includes coordinating with technical teams, participating in project planning, and contributing to continuous process improvements within the retail and jewelry business context.

• Strong analytical skills to assess business needs, interpret data, and support solution design.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, document requirements, and deliver user training.
• Solid understanding of business processes, especially in retail or jewelry operations, and ability to map them to D365 F&O and POS functionalities.
• Consulting skills to manage client expectations, recommend best practices, and drive change management.
• Finance-related knowledge to support configuration and validation of financial modules within D365 F&O.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft D365 F&O and POS implementation, configuration, and testing.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site in Kochi, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to project delivery timelines.
• Experience in ERP implementations in retail or jewelry sectors is an added advantage.
