Functional Consultant- Retail

Job Summary:

We are looking for candidates with experience in retail planning implementations using platforms such as o9, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, or Board. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and have worked as part of a configuration team on implementation projects.

Key Requirements:

• Up to 3 years of experience in retail planning implementations.

• Experience with one or more planning platforms: o9, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, Board.

• Strong working knowledge of Excel, SQL, and Power BI.

• Experience working on at least 1–2 implementation projects as part of a configuration team.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work with business and technical stakeholders.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Technology, Mathematics, Analytics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field. MBA preferred.

Freshers: Preferred backgrounds include Engineering + MBA, IIM Mumbai (NITIE), New IIMs, NITs, and leading state engineering colleges.
