Hiring ITSM Functional Consultants with strong expertise in IT service processes and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)

Work with stakeholders for requirement gathering

Configure and optimize ITSM tools

Ensure process compliance and improvements

Required Skills:

Hands-on ITSM experience

Knowledge of ITIL processes

Experience with tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.
