Job Description – F&O SCM Consultant

We are seeking an experienced F&O SCM Consultant with strong expertise in implementing and supporting Supply Chain Management processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management / Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, configure solutions, support integrations, and optimize SCM operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions within Dynamics 365 F&O SCM.
• Configure and support SCM modules including:
• Procurement & Sourcing
• Inventory Management
• Warehouse Management
• Sales & Distribution
• Master Planning
• Production Control
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Work with technical teams for integrations, customizations, and data migration activities.
• Prepare functional design documents (FDD), process flows, and user training materials.
• Support system testing including SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
• Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams for resolution.
• Ensure best practices and compliance with organizational standards.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O SCM modules.
• Knowledge of supply chain business processes and ERP implementation lifecycle.
• Experience with configuration, workflows, security roles, and reporting.
• Understanding of integrations using APIs, Power Platform, or Azure services.
• Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, retail, or distribution industries is an advantage.
