Functional Consultant (ERP / Finance)

We're looking for a Business Application Support Analyst to manage and optimize enterprise tools across finance, legal, and property management systems.

What you'll do:

• Troubleshoot issues in Yardi, Anaplan, and related systems

• Support configurations across finance, leasing, and contract workflows

• Investigate data, calculation, and integration issues

• Work closely with business teams to resolve functional problems

• Manage vendor escalations and system improvements

• Ensure data accuracy and smooth system operations

What we're looking for:

• 4+ years of experience in application support / functional roles

• Hands-on experience with Yardi, Anaplan, Certify, or IronClad

• Strong understanding of finance / ERP systems

• Experience in troubleshooting, configurations, and workflows

• Good stakeholder communication skills

• Ability to translate business needs into system solutions

Good to have:

• Experience with integrations & data sync

• Knowledge of BPMN / enterprise architecture tools

• Background in real estate or financial systems
