Functional Consultant - Dynamics AX/D365

Description

We are looking for a skilled Functional Consultant specializing in Dynamics AX/D365 to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing client needs, configuring the system, and ensuring successful implementation and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from clients to design effective solutions using Dynamics AX/D365.
• Configure Dynamics AX/D365 modules according to client requirements and industry best practices.
• Conduct user training and provide support during and after implementation.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of Dynamics AX/D365 with other systems.
• Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Dynamics AX/D365 implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of ERP principles and processes, particularly in manufacturing, finance, and supply chain management.
• Proficient in customizing Dynamics AX/D365 modules and workflows.
• Experience with data migration and integration tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and teamwork.
