- Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Computer
Mandatory Skills
- 3–6 years of overall experience, with 2+ years of hands-on o9 Demand Planning experience.
- At least one end-to-end o9 implementation (Requirement Gathering â Configuration â Testing â UAT â Go-Live).
- Strong hands-on experience in o9 Demand Planning configuration, including:
- Attributes
- Measures
- Dimensions & Hierarchies
- Rules
- Workbooks
- Data Models
- Data Uploads/Integration
- Experience working with Config 2.0 (preferred).
- Good understanding of Demand Planning business processes, including:
- Statistical Forecasting
- Forecast Consumption
- Consensus Demand Planning
- Forecast Accuracy
- Planning Hierarchies
- Hands-on experience with SQL for data validation and analysis.
- Basic to intermediate Python knowledge, preferably with o9 Python plugin exposure.
- Experience in SIT, UAT, production deployment, and post-Go-Live support.
- Ability to confidently explain technical work performed on o9 during implementation projects.
- Experience working directly with clients during workshops, requirement gathering, or UAT.
- Exposure to integration with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- o9 certification is an added advantage (practical implementation experience is mandatory).
