Functional Business Analyst - Onboarding

We are seeking a Functional Business Analyst - Onboarding for our Southeast Asia team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in improving and streamlining the onboarding process for our clients and stakeholders. You will work closely with various teams to gather and analyze business requirements, document functional specifications, and ensure successful implementation of onboarding solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders related to the onboarding process.
• Design and document functional specifications and process flows.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure proper implementation of onboarding solutions.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality and user experience.
• Provide training and support to end-users during the onboarding process.
• Develop and maintain onboarding documentation and training materials.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions.

Skills and Qualifications

• 6-9 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in onboarding or related functions.
• Strong understanding of business process modeling and requirements gathering techniques.
• Proficiency in tools such as Visio, JIRA, or similar for documentation and project management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
• Experience in working with stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
