Functional Business Analyst - Global Soft Token

Role Responsibilities:

• Gather and validate requirements for global soft token solutions
• Design and implement secure digital token capabilities across channels
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional banking teams for delivery

Job Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in digital authentication and soft token systems
• Exposure to Channel Banking platforms (Retail/Corporate)
• Strong understanding of TOTP, push notifications, and customer security flows
• Prior experience in banking or financial services industry
