What's The Role

As a Functional Analyst specializing in SAP SD or LE, you will play a key role in delivering functional design solutions for Projects and Change Requests in collaboration with business stakeholders. You will be responsible for developing clear and comprehensive Functional Specifications, guiding the Build Team throughout application development, and validating solutions through testing and acceptance activities. This role ensures that highquality, timely, and businessaligned IT solutions are delivered to support strategic and operational needs.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leverage knowledge assets and collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure delivery of optimal, businessaligned solutions.
  • Create and modify Functional Specifications with a strong understanding of technical and design requirements.
  • Develop functional designs and support solution development for reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms.
  • Work closely with Product SMEs and Functional Delivery Leads to understand new capabilities and business requirements, ensuring they are accurately translated into deliverables.
  • Participate in resolving production issues in partnership with the Support Organization.
  • Develop test scripts, perform Unit and Integration Testing, and support Regression Testing activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve defects and issues throughout test cycles and during postgolive support.
  • Create runbooks and participate in peer reviews to ensure readiness and operational continuity.
  • Manage batch job scheduling and processing activities.
  • Prioritize and deliver multiple tasks within aligned timelines, ensuring high quality and strong customer satisfaction.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 58 years of overall SAP experience, including at least 4 years of handson expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) or Logistics Execution (LE).
  • Proficiency in SAP Sales Order Processing and Customer Master Data.
  • Solid experience in SAP Billing and Pricing processes.
  • Skilled in order capture interfaces and integrations with connected applications.
  • Exposure to SAP ISOIL components such as TD, SD Shipments, TSW, and HM processes.
  • Expertise in inbound and outbound IDocs.
  • Strong configuration skills across interfaces and data-related components.
  • Knowledge of shipment costing processes.
  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments.
  • Experience working with complex interfaces and RIEF.
  • Basic ABAP debugging skills and the ability to understand underlying code.
  • Strong capability in gathering requirements and documenting solutions from a technical and functional perspective.
  • Highly organized, methodical, and able to plan and execute tasks while navigating uncertainties and risks.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to oversee multiple activities within the functional domain.
  • Experience working on projects involving IT applications and data components.
  • Collaborative team player with experience working in virtual or distributed teams.
  • Quick learner with the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
