Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end functional analysis for complex retail and commerce transformation programs
- Drive requirement discovery workshops with senior business stakeholders and product owners
- Analyze current-state business processes and define optimized future-state workflows
- Translate business requirements into detailed BRDs, FRDs, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Act as a key functional bridge between business teams, solution architects, and engineering teams
- Review solution designs to ensure alignment with business objectives and functional requirements
- Own functional traceability across the delivery lifecycle from requirements to deployment
- Support Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy, test scenario definition, execution support, and sign-off
- Identify functional risks, gaps, and dependencies early and drive mitigation plans
- Support management, documentation, and business enablement activities
- Provide functional guidance during production rollout and post-go-live stabilization
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to functional best practices and standards
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience as a Functional Analyst / Business Analyst
- Strong domain experience in Retail, E-commerce, or Consumer-facing platforms
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and complex requirements
- Excellent documentation, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
Education Qualification
- 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience as a Functional Analyst / Business Analyst
