About Position:
We are seeking a Functional AI Tester specialized in Data and AI testing to design, develop, and maintain high‑quality test scenarios and automation frameworks. In this role, you will be responsible for creating robust test cases, scripts, and validation processes for Data, AI, ETL, and Power BI use cases. You will collaborate closely with QA Analysts and feature teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and high‑quality deliverables. The role requires hands‑on experience in building Python-based automation frameworks, executing tests across multiple platforms, identifying risks early, and contributing effectively within an Agile environment. You will also stay updated with emerging industry trends, perform research on defects or AI behaviors, and support continuous improvements in the testing lifecycle.

What You'll Do:
- Designing, Developing, executing and maintaining test scenarios, test cases and scripts using test guidelines for Data and AI usecase(s)
- Build frameworks in python for AI/ETL/PBI automation
- Collaborating with QA Analysts and feature team to develop Test artifacts.
- Updated with the latest industry developments
- Researching issues in software and AI through testing
- Understanding of overall Testing process and experience in Agile Methodology
- Participate in scrum meetings and share our views on tickets for testing scope.
- Execute and stabilize scripts across browsers platforms, fix failed test cases
- Understand and highlight risks promptly.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Strong experience in designing, developing, and executing test scenarios, cases, and scripts for Data and AI applications.
- Hands-on expertise in building Python automation frameworks for AI/ML, ETL pipelines, and Power BI automation.
- Solid understanding of data validation techniques, testing methodologies, and test guidelines specific to Data & AI use cases.
- Experience collaborating with QA Analysts, developers, and feature teams to build test artifacts and ensure testing completeness.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends in AI, automation, and data testing to enhance testing strategies.
- Ability to research and diagnose issues in software and AI systems through structured testing.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end testing process, with practical experience in Agile methodology and participation in Scrum ceremonies.
- Ability to execute and stabilize automation scripts across multiple browsers and platforms, including identifying and fixing failed test cases.
- Proactive mindset to highlight risks, report issues promptly, and contribute to improving product quality.
