Fullstack Web Developer

Job Description:

• Develop responsive web and mobile applications using React and React Native for frontend and backend functionality.
• Contribute to application design and architecture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and designers to produce high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and designs.
• Maintain and evolve development standards, documentation, and release notes.
• Convert technical user stories into performant, usable interfaces.
• Provide estimates for tasks and stories, delivering status updates regularly.
• Test deliverables against acceptance criteria and ensure quality standards.
• Update and contribute to technical documentation.
• Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders and technical teams in an Agile environment.
• Debug production issues, multitask, and execute tasks with accuracy in a high-pressure environment.
• Stay updated on latest web technologies, conduct POCs, and apply new tools/technologies.
• Write unit tests and design testable code for user stories.
• Follow common design patterns and development best practices.
• Identify areas for automation and process improvement.

Required Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5-7 years of web development experience; media/entertainment industry experience is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
