Fullstack (React+Python) Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Key Responsibilities
• Frontend React
• Develop responsive accessible UI components using ReactJS and modern JavaScript TypeScript patterns
• Build reusable component libraries and maintain consistent design implementation across the product
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs handling state management routing and error scenarios gracefully
• Optimize rendering performance bundle size and overall user experience across browsers and devices
• Backend Python
• Design and implement scalable backend services and REST APIs in Python to support product features
• Ensure secure data handling input validation authentication authorization patterns and robust error handling
• Write clean testable code and improve reliability through unit integration tests and debugging practices
• Fullstack Delivery Collaboration
• Own features end to end from requirement understanding to implementation testing and production support
• Participate in code reviews contribute to engineering standards and document technical decisions clearly
• Work closely with cross functional teams to estimate work manage priorities and deliver iteratively
• AI Enablement
• Assist in integrating AI driven functionality into applications focusing on practical user value and maintainability
• Collaborate on experimentation evaluation and safe rollout of AI features within product workflows

Technical Requirements:

• Minimum Qualifications
• 3 5 years of professional experience in fullstack development with strong hands on ReactJS and Python
• Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating frontend with backend services
• Solid understanding of web fundamentals HTTP browser behavior security basics and modern development practices
• Experience writing maintainable code with testing debugging and version control workflows
• Education BE ME BTECH MTECH MCA MSC MBA or equivalent practical experience
