About the Role:

As our Fullstack Product Designer, you'll be at the heart of building a world-class product millions of people trust to get work done. You'll turn complex workflows into effortless experiences, bringing clarity where there's complexity and joy where there's usually friction. From shaping bold ideas with product managers to polishing the micro-details with engineers, you'll help make Signeasy not just easy to use, but genuinely enjoyable.

Why this role is special

• Design a category as it's being created. Intelligent Contract Management is a new kind of product — AI-native, multiplayer, and trusted with a company's most important documents. Many of the interaction patterns you'll ship don't exist yet. You'll invent them.
• Your work touches millions. Signeasy is used by people across the globe to get real work done. Every detail you polish — typography, motion, micro-interactions — compounds across hours of daily use.
• Full ownership, end to end. This is a senior, high-trust role. You won't hand off Figma files; you'll shape problems with product and customers, prototype in code, ship with engineering, and measure the outcome. What ships is your scoreboard.
• You'll conduct design reviews, evolve our design system, and influence how design is practiced at Signeasy — not just execute within it.

What you will do:

• Lead design for core product areas, from concept to delivery.
• Translate complex contract workflows into intuitive, scalable, and delightful experiences.
• Prototype and ship high-quality, production-ready UI that nails the details — typography, layout, interactions, and motion.
• Collaborate with Product, GTM, and Customer Success to shape and execute the feature roadmap.
• Work shoulder to shoulder with Engineering to ensure high-quality execution of every design.
• Spend time with customers every week — investigating use cases, testing features, and bringing their voice into design decisions.
• Use product analytics (Mixpanel funnels and events) to find drop-offs, measure impact, and iterate.
• Conduct design reviews, and raise the quality bar across the team.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system for consistency and scalability.
• Advocate for user-centric thinking in product decisions.

What we are looking for:

• Actively uses AI tools (Figma AI, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to accelerate design workflows — from ideation and prototyping to research synthesis.
• Experience designing AI-native product features such as smart suggestions, copilots, or conversational UI.
• 5+ years of product design experience building SaaS products across web and mobile-native experiences, with a strong portfolio of shipped, end-to-end work.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills — you care deeply about details, polish, and making things feel just right
• A natural prototyper who is comfortable in code: familiar with frontend frameworks (ReactJS or similar) and modern frontend architecture.
• Data-informed: able to build and analyze Mixpanel funnels and events to measure drop-offs and iterate on design solutions.
• Knows when to be scrappy and when to sweat the details — fast iteration while exploring, obsessive craft once conviction is built.
• Excellent communicator: able to bring the team along with your vision and engage directly with customers to understand their needs.
• Bias for action with a focus on measurable results — ship, learn from users, refine, repeat.
• Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and takes ownership through ambiguity.
